During my time with the California Governor's Office of Emergency Services I worked, directly, with the 8, FEMA certified, California Urban Search and Rescue teams. I worked, also, with the other 20, FEMA certified, USAR teams stationed across the USA.

The, FEMA certified, search dog is a vital and essential part of the USAR mission.

  2. So, what's to expect after your dog has been certified? Honestly, for most, owners expect service dogs to be treated as animal on shift or working animal in public. Why?emotional support dog letter
