June 16, 2011 – Dixon, California. My wife’s, Helaine, home town and home of the world famous Milk Farm sign.
Dixon, is our home town. Helaine and I lived there 1/3 of our married life. Helaine’s family settled here when Ulysses S. Grant was President of the United States.
This morning at 10:30 I visited the Dixon Fire Department.
I talked with the Fire Chief Aaron McAlister.

Today, I renewed my acquantince with Jim Fisk at Fisk cyclery.
Well, it has been a very busy morning. Today's adventures started at sunrise at the Presidio of San Francisco.
Now, several hours later, I'm in Dixon. It has been fun and rewarding morning. I'm looking forward to this afternoon.
